Tyler Ballard
Co-Founder, Real Estate Advisor, & Director of Operations
Tyler Ballard is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations for Dune Lakes Property Management, where he oversees the systems and standards that make luxury home care along Florida’s 30A run seamlessly. With years of experience as a luxury real estate advisor deeply rooted in the 30A market, Tyler brings firsthand knowledge of what homeowners truly want from their properties and investments. To him, managing a home well is more than routine upkeep – it’s about protecting an owner’s investment, staying a step ahead of their needs, and giving homeowners real peace of mind, even when they’re miles away. Born and raised in Northwest Florida, Tyler combines lifelong local knowledge with trusted community relationships to provide homeowners with exceptional care and dependable service. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his faith and community, leading a men’s discipleship group and hosting an annual Men’s Retreat.
Brian Braxton
Co-Founder & Director of Business Development
Brian Braxton is the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development for Dune Lakes Property Management, where he is dedicated to delivering an exceptional ownership experience for second-homeowners along Florida’s 30A. With nearly a decade of experience building and leading successful businesses, Brian brings a proven commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer service. He believes luxury property management is about more than maintaining a home – it’s about protecting your investment, anticipating your needs, and providing complete peace of mind. By fostering trusted relationships, coordinating reliable vendors, and ensuring proactive communication, Brian is committed to delivering personalized service that allows homeowners to enjoy their homes with confidence, knowing every detail is being managed with the highest level of care.
Haley Ballard
Director of Administrative Operations
As the wife of Tyler Ballard and a key member of the Dune Lakes Property Management team, Haley oversees the day to day operations that keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in entrepreneurship, real estate administration, client relations, and business operations, she manages all invoicing, scheduling, and administrative coordination with professionalism and attention to detail. Haley is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every homeowner by ensuring each interaction is organized, seamless, and handled with care. Guided by her faith and a heart for serving others, she considers it a privilege to use her gifts to help families enjoy their homes with confidence, knowing every detail is being thoughtfully cared for.
